Thought I would share my experience working with David Lawrence. Previous to moving to Kamloops (moved in 2017) I had a 25 year relationship with a real estate agent in Langley, with numerous housing and land deals that he negotiated. Needless to say with the move to Kamloops I needed to find someone else as trustworthy and reliable as what I was used to. David came highly recommended and I met with him initially just to get a feel on the personality, to see whether or not we would jive. I’m kind of a person that goes on gut instinct and I have a no bullshit personality and prefer that I deal with the same. Needless to say we were a match. I swiped right rather than left LOL. I found David and his team to be available whenever I needed him, even with the stupid questions I had to ask. With not knowing the area I totally relied on him. Since 2017 we have been involved in 8 transactions with buying and selling and currently own residences in Kelowna and Tobiano along with 2 rental properties in Kamloops. I’ve recommend David to numerous co-workers and the thanks and gushing reviews have spoken volumes.
