1. Promoter Information
The promoter of this giveaway is David Lawrence Personal Real Estate Corporation, a licensed real estate professional with Royal LePage Westwin Realty, located in Kamloops, British Columbia.
2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of British Columbia, Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of David Lawrence Personal Real Estate Corporation, Royal LePage Westwin Realty, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 12:00 PM PDT and ends on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 12:00 PM PDT. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
To participate:
- Locate and scan QR codes on golden eggs placed at David Lawrence’s property listings throughout Kamloops. A total of 14 eggs are available.
- Follow @davidcwlawrence on Instagram.
- Complete the entry form at kamloopsrealestateagent.com/easter-egg-hunt.
Additional entries can be earned by:
- Sharing the giveaway post in your Instagram Story.
- Tagging friends in the comments of the giveaway post (each tag equals one extra entry).
Note: Scanning the required number of eggs is mandatory to qualify for each prize tier.
5. Prize Tiers
Participants can qualify for the following prizes based on the number of unique QR codes scanned:
- 1 Egg Scanned: $250 Gift Card to Earls Kamloops.
- 3 Eggs Scanned: $500 Gift Card for a 1-night stay at Sparkling Hill Resort & Spa.
- 6 Eggs Scanned: $750 Gift Card to Tumbleweed Toys.
The total value of all prizes is $1,500 CAD.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 48 hours after the giveaway ends. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in the entry form. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize Conditions
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
- Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
